Policies
Clear, fair, and built to keep the rooms running smoothly for everyone.
Minimum Booking
2-hour minimum per reservation. A 30-minute buffer is applied between bookings by default.
Online Bookings
Unpaid online bookings are not guaranteed. Paid customers have priority, and unpaid bookings automatically cancel 24 hours before the session.
Managed Bookings
Admin- and manager-created bookings are exempt from unpaid auto-cancellation by default. Staff can change the exemption per booking.
Cancellation (24+ hours)
Paid bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before the session are eligible for a refund minus actual processor fees.
Late Cancellation / No-Show
The $100 fee applies only to paid bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the session or recorded as a no-show.
Reschedule
Customer changes are allowed until 24 hours before the session, subject to availability. Revisions lock during the final 24 hours.
No Sales Tax
Studio rentals are service-only — no sales tax is currently applied to room bookings.
Engineers
Engineers are not included by default. Add staff services (Setup, Engineer, AV Tech) during booking.
